Withdrawal and Rescheduling Policies

Withdrawal policy:

  • If you contact us to withdraw your application at least seven days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a $255 refund.
  • If you contact us to withdraw your application less than seven days and more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a $225 refund.
  • If you contact us to withdraw your application fewer than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you do not show up to your appointment, you will receive a $150 refund.

Rescheduling Policy- Weekday Appointments:

After you have confirmed the originally scheduled appointment, you may reschedule one time at no additional fee (as long as you are rescheduling at least one week before the scheduled appointment). If you reschedule any additional times, and/or if you are rescheduling less than a week before the appointment, the fee schedule below applies.

  • $15 fee for each request made seven days or more from your appointment
  • $30 fee for each request made less than seven days and more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • $60 fee for each request made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

Appointments will be rescheduled at no fee if your child is ill the day of testing and you notify both the tester and the CATS main office.
