Register by purchasing a test session below. 

REGISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE YOUR CHILD IS EVALUATED BY SCHOOL DEADLINES. Applicants registering in Winter months risk appointment cancellation due to weather, illness, or other variables. Appointment availability is limited, particularly during months of December, January, and February.

When you purchase a testing session, you will be asked about your appointment scheduling preferences. Please indicate ALL conflicts, including during holiday weeks, as CATS offers appointments throughout the holiday season. Please wait at least 3 business days before contacting the office about your appointment. If you have not received an email with information about the appointment within 5 days, email the office at admin@catstexas.com.

Due to credit card processing fees, $20 of all registration fees is NON-REFUNDABLE. Additional administrative fees may apply as well.

If your child has completed cognitive abilities testing in the six months prior to registration, please check with the CATS office to determine if you should proceed with registration. Applicants who have completed admission testing through another testing service in the past six months are not eligible for further admission testing.

PLEASE complete the registration form carefully. Errors in names and birthdates which require correction after the report is processed will require additional payment. Any entry error may delay report distribution to schools and parents.
