Collaborative Academic Testing Service

Post-test

Testing is complete. Now what?

Receiving the Report

CATS will send the report to the schools designated on the consent form which you signed the morning of testing.

You will receive a parent summary report within six weeks of testing (usually sooner).

Distributing the Report

If you would like to send the report to additional schools, please complete this form.

If you would like to send the report to a qualified professional (e.g., licensed psychologist or pediatrician), please complete this form.

Reviewing the report

After receiving the parent report, some parents may wish to discuss contents of the parent report or may have questions about the test itself. All requests for additional information should be directed to the CATS office. Dr. Anderson will review your child’s report and respond to your questions/concerns. Please note that communication will not involve recommendation for school placement decisions.

If you would like to have your child’s report reviewed and questions answered by e-mail, please submit a payment below for an email consultation.

If you would like to have your child’s report reviewed and questions answered by telephone (up to twenty-minute conversation), please submit a payment below for a phone consultation. After we receive your request and payment, our office will contact you with a time.
