Rescheduling

Withdrawal, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointment Policies

Withdrawal

  • If you contact us to withdraw your application at least seven days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a $275 refund.

  • If you contact us to withdraw your application less than seven days and more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a $225 refund.

  • If you contact us to withdraw your application fewer than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you do not show up to your appointment, you will receive a $150 refund.


Rescheduling Appointments

After you have confirmed the originally scheduled appointment, you may reschedule one time at no additional fee (as long as you are rescheduling at least one week before the scheduled appointment). If you reschedule any additional times, and/or if you are rescheduling less than a week before the appointment, the fee schedule below applies.

  • $30 fee for each request made seven days or more from your appointment

  • $60 fee for each request made less than seven days and more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

  • $120 fee for each request made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

Appointments will be rescheduled at no fee if your child is ill the day of testing and you notify both the tester and the CATS main office. If your child has any respiratory symptoms or a fever, the CATS appointment should be rescheduled.  You will not be charged for late rescheduling under these conditions.


No Show to Confirmed Appointment or Inability to Complete Testing

If you do not show up for a confirmed appointment, the fee schedule below applies. 

  • $100 fee for weekday appointment

  • $150 fee for Saturday appointment

If your child is unable to complete testing for any reason there will be a $100 reschedule fee.
